5. Availability.
5.1. All Works of Art are subject to availability and are sold on first come first served basis.
5.2. In the unlikely event that a Work of Art becomes unavailable after the purchase process has been completed, the unsuccessful buyer will be informed and a full refund will be issued.
5.3. The price and description of the Work of Art is valid at the time of order. Any subsequent changes will not affect the order.
5.4. Works of Art displayed at the exhibiting venue becomes available when the exhibition closes.
5.5. Friendsofcreation.com reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without giving the reason. Should this occur a full refund will be issued if applicable.

6. Payment.
6.1. Customers can pay by Credit card, Debit card, Paypal, or Cheque.
6.2. Payments can be made either at the exhibiting venue or directly with friendsofcreation.com.
6.3. The price of the Work of Art includes delivery within London area of M25, packaging, insurance, and VAT on UK sales.
6.4. If the buyer is purchasing Work of Art currently on display at the exhibiting venue, the payment will be made only after the exhibition closes.
6.5. If delivery is to be outside London area of M25, the shipping costs/travel expenses must be added to the total purchase price. Please contact us to find out about charges to your desired location.
6.6. Payments are only accepted in pound sterling.
6.7. If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom in some cases you might be liable to pay appropriate import duties and taxes. Please check the details in your country with your customs office before making a purchase.

7. Delivery.
7.1. Delivery will only occur after full payment has been received and cleared.
7.2. We take full responsibility for all deliveries. Our agent personally executes deliveries inside London area of M25. Shipment outside this area will be done by specially selected, reputable courier.
7.3. The artwork will be delivered to the address submitted by the buyer on the order form.
7.4. Once delivered, the buyer will be the owner of the artwork and therefore responsible for any loss or damage. The buyer must refuse to take delivery of the artwork if damage is evident on arrival. If a buyer refuses to take delivery of the artwork for any reason other than evident damage, then expenses incurred by the seller for delivery and return of the item will be deducted from any refund.

8. Cancellations/Returns.
8.1. The customer may cancel any purchase within 7 days of delivery without giving any reason. The refund will be made as soon as the item has been returned and is in its original condition. If applicable, shipment expenses may be deducted.
8.2. We will automatically cancel any order if the payment has not been cleared within 7 working days of the payment being processed.

9. Display at exhibiting venues.
9.1. Friendsofcreation.com reserve the right to refuse any of its services without giving reason.
9.2. Detailed agreement must be signed between friendsofcreation.com and the exhibiting venue.
9.3. The Works of Art provided for display will be chosen in close cooperation with management of the exhibiting venue and will be supplied by friendsofcreation.com free of charge.
9.4. The exhibiting venue has to have 24 hour CCTV on all entrances and exits with a full backing system.
9.5. The management of the exhibiting venue will be responsible for hanging works of art and supply of fixings. In order to maximize security, secure fixings will be used as specified by friendsofcreation.com.
9.6. The visitors to the exhibiting venue will be made aware that the displayed Works of Art are available for sale.
9.7. Friendsofcreation.com will be allowed to give details and location of the exhibiting venue to its potential customers.
9.8. Potential customers of friendsofcreation.com will be allowed to view the displayed items at the exhibiting venue.

10. Copyrights.
10.1. The copyrights for all artworks remains with the artists; the new owner of the original artwork does NOT have the rights to produce prints for publication. If publication rights are required please contact friendsofcreation.com and we will make the required arrangements with the artist in question.
10.2. All content of this site is the property of friendsofcreation.com and is protected by copyright laws
